A motorcycle vs. vehicle crash prompted Salt Lake City rail traffic delays Sunday.
The crash occurred on the TRAX rails near the downtown intersection at State Street and 400 South sometime before 3:15 p.m.
Multiple Salt Lake City police crews were seen tending to the scene, which prompted significant delays on all TRAX lines from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
At one point, a bus bridge was reportedly set up from the Library TRAX station to the Courthouse stations to aid the flow of traffic.
One person was reportedly transported to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
By 4:30 p.m., Utah Transit Authority reported that the scene of the crash had been cleared and all TRAX lines had resumed their normal operation with residual delays of 10 minutes.
