Amber Alert issued in North Carolina for 2 missing children

SALISBURY, N.C. (WGHP) — The Salisbury Police Department is searching for two missing children: Igh’Jhlan Silver and Prasjhas Reid.

Igh’Jhlan Silver is a 2-year-old Black male who is around two feet and six inches tall, weighing 28 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Prasjhas Reid is a 3-year-old Black male who is around two feet and six inches tall, weighing 26 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

The victims are believed to be with Kevin Antonio Smith.

Smith is described as a 25 years old Black, Male who is five feet and six inches tall, weighing 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Police are searching for a Gray 2023 Nissan Altima with an NC license tag number that reads Khb1698.
