Crisis at Walmart: Retailer Being Sued For Illegally Firing Woman With Crohn's Disease
Walmart Inc has been sued by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) for illegally firing a Woman with Crohn's disease. The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has sued Walmart, the largest US retailer, for firing a deli worker with Crohn's disease in North Carolina. The EEOC claims that Walmart violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by dismissing Adrian Tucker in April 2017 due to her absences, including hospitalization and a visit to the emergency room, caused by her chronic bowel disease.

Clemmons is a forest, not a park which means it is a working forest where trees are harvested and new trees are planted. The forest is also used to practice and improve fire control techniques used by the Forestry Service. They also offer adult programs and ranger-conducted environmental workshops for educators.
