SU junior recognized

SALISBURY, Md. – Congratulations are in order for Salisbury University junior Megan Spicer.

She received one of the inaugural Board of Regents Student Excellence scholarships. Spicer was recognized in the leadership and advocacy category for her efforts on campus.
