Board & Brush DIY studio opens doors in downtown Salisbury

SALISBURY, Md. – The Board & Brush Creative Studio is expanding its presence on the Eastern Shore with its newest location in downtown Salisbury.

It’s a DIY craft studio where all projects are made on wood.

You can choose from a variety of colors and shapes for your piece then personalize it with names, quotes, and more.

We’re told it’s a great opportunity for those with an artistic eye or anyone wanting to tap into their creative side.

Owner Melessa Shiffer tells us the space also brings diversity to the downtown offerings. “If they’re here for us then they’ll probably go walk downtown because they’re so close. Also, being on the end of Main Street like this we catch all of the buzz of the people coming downtown,” Shiffer said.

“We’re excited to be a part of the family. We’ve been embraced so far and we’re very grateful.”

Shiffer also owns and operates the location based out of Easton, MD.
