Man’s death in St. Paul ruled homicide
A man’s death Wednesday in St. Paul has been ruled a homicide and an investigation is underway, the police department announced Thursday.
It happened in the 1100 block of White Bear Avenue.
Police said they will release additional information later this afternoon.
