Woman, child identified in deadly Sacramento crash where 11 people were inside vehicle
Sacramento County officials identified two of the three people who died in a crash where 11 people, most of them children, were inside a sedan.

According to the coroner's office, 3-year-old Zayden Mangram and 25-year-old Rayshawna Jomonique Armstrong died after the driver of the sedan lost control and hit a tree along San Juan Road west of Northgate Boulevard.
The third person who died, a 5-year-old child, has yet to be identified.
Another woman — the driver — and seven children between the ages of 3-8 were also in the vehicle, according to the Sacramento Police Department. All were seriously injured in the crash.
Police believe speeding may have caused the crash.
Family who spoke with KCRA 3 said all 11 people are related.

Terry Mangram is the grandfather of the youngest victim. He said he drove in from Arizona to visit a memorial for the crash victims.
Mangram said his grandson Zayden was "very bright and happy."
He said his granddaughter, 6-year-old Jalayla remains in critical condition.
Mangram said Zayden was sitting on his mother's lap in the front passenger seat and both were thrown through the windshield. Shawna died at the scene. Zayden died at the hospital, according to Mangram.
