My name is Maria. I'm 30. I'm *** teacher and I live in the Elk Grove area. Roller skating is *** fun way to kind of get out of your comfort zone to have fun doing something that you probably did as *** kid and to just connect. I'm hoping to get someone to hang out with, uh someone to try new things around the Sacramento area with in just *** good time. We're at the rink located in Sacramento, California on Bradshaw. Skating is *** great place to meet because I met my best friend, my partner here at the rink and then I met my wife here *** couple of years later and now I own the place. Hey, what's up? How you doing? I'm good. How are you? I'm Maria. Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you. So I thought we would go skating. It's *** little throwback activity that, uh, I'm sure we both did as kids and I probably haven't done in *** while. It's been *** minute, *** minute. I withheld the information that I skate often just in case I need to say later. Are you ready? Ready as I'll ever be I guess I'm not that good. I'm sure you'll show me. I will, but full disclosure if you try to reach out and fall, uh I will push you away. I can help you better standing up than I can on the ground with. Mariah told me if I fall, then she's gonna let me fall, which I feel like it's kind of messed up. You like competition? I'm very competitive, like very good. Ok, I am too. So that'll be, that'll be interesting. It will be. So that's the second part of the day that I didn't tell you about. We're in competition. It's *** roller derby. All injuries will be earned, right? Shall we after you? Let's do it. I've always got to get like *** second to get my feet together. All right, the first person who falls has to buy the pub. It will not be me. I refuse. My first impression was that he's really nice. He's tall, he's handsome and he's really easy to talk to you. I'm *** high school English teacher and I always like to say that my students are like my kids, my English teachers definitely didn't look like that. So that, that was *** surprise. Uh Welcome one for sure. So what do you do? Uh I just work in, I t don't say yes, that's *** thing. I mean, yeah, but it's not the same as generating the Children of the future of the day. You make it sound so fancy. I mean, that's what it is like. What will we be with our teachers? We try, we try. That's an honorable job. So I definitely have *** lot of respect for her.
