WATERTOWN, S.D.–Two men are in custody following a high speed chase just north of Watertown this (Tuesday) morning. Codington County Sheriff Brad Howell says it began around 7 a.m. when a deputy encountered a stolen vehicle from Sioux Falls that he attempted to pull over on Sioux Conifer Road.
