Rosedale business robbed, several commercial burglaries reported

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating a robbery and several assaults and burglaries that were reported over the past week.

At just after 2 a.m. on Monday, April 22, 2024, a suspect entered a location in the 5500-block of New Forge Road in White Marsh (21162) and stole property before fleeing.

At around 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 23, two suspect broke into a business in the 8200-block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237) and stole property.

At around 8 a.m. on Tuesday, April 23, a known suspect committed a first-degree assault in the area of Candry Terrace and Wiltshire Road in Essex (21221). The suspect was subsequently arrested.

At just after 8:45 a.m. on Thursday, April 25, an armed suspect assaulted someone in the area of Philadelphia Road and Fontaine Lane in Rosedale (21237) and then fled the scene in a vehicle.

At just before 11 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, two suspects broke into a business in the 7900-block of Belair Road in Overlea (21206) then fled on foot. No items were taken.

At around 4:45 a.m. on Friday, April 26, suspects damaged and entered a location in the unit block of Eastern Boulevard in Essex (21221) and stole property.

At around 8:45 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, several armed suspects entered a business located in the 7900-block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237) and stole items. The suspects fled prior to police arrival.

At around 1 a.m. on Sunday, April 28, a suspect broke into two units in the 11400-block of Pulaski Highway in White Marsh (21162) and attempted to break into a third. No items were taken.

At around 2 a.m. on Sunday, April 28, a suspect broke into a location in the 900-block of Middle River Road in Middle River (21220) and stole property.

At around 5 a.m. on Sunday, April 28, a suspect broke into a business in the 1700-block of E. Joppa Road in Carney (21234) and stole property.

At just before 8 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, a suspect with a weapon assaulted someone in the unit block of Norham Court in Essex (21221).
