Roseburg Police charged a man with first-degree arson after he allegedly lit multiple tents on fire on Wednesday.

The RPD report said the 29-year old was contacted after the incident took place at the duck pond in the 1400 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. He was detained without bail.
