Next One Staffing President Ryan Buxbaum revealed to the audience of about 150 professionals in the student center ballroom at the Rohnert Park campus how businesses can compete in the radically changed hiring environment post-COVID and what the largest demographic of job-seekers wants.

A panel on solutions to the employee shortage included Bruce Wilson of Workforce Alliance of the North Bay, Michael Visser of Sonoma State University and Zachary Kushel of Marin Sonoma Impact Ventures.

Anoter panel, on building effective business culture, included Jamie Horst of Traditional Medicinals and Leslie Camino of Keysight Technologies.
