President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden will be at Fort Liberty this week, the White House announced Saturday.

The Bidens' first stop Friday will be in Rocky Mount, where they'll discuss workforce training programs connected to the president's Investing in America agenda, according to the release.

The president and first lady will then visit Fort Liberty, where they'll meet with service members and their families and deliver remarks in support of Jill Biden's initiative to support military families, the release said.

The Bidens last visited the military installation together in November 2021, when it was still known as Fort Bragg. They helped serve Thanksgiving meals to troops and their families during that visit.
