Crews responded to the two-and-a-half-story, single-family home on Northview Terrace around 9:15 p.m.
Upon arrival, crews reported heavy fire coming from multiple floors in the home.
An additional company of firefighters was requested due to the size of the blaze, which took about 30 minutes to get under control.
Firefighters determined no one was in the home at the time and no one was injured.
RG&E was also requested at the scene because the fire caused a power outage in the area. Power was restored within an hour.
A neighboring also sustained damage. It's unclear what caused the fire.
