* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

Thefts at Rochester dog park continue

You'll want to be careful if you're looking to take your dog to the park in this warmer weather.

OLMSTED COUNTY, Minn. - A rash of thefts at a dog park in Rochester continued this weekend.

The sheriff’s office said a woman reported Sunday that her purse with around $1,400 in valuables was stolen.

It happened at W. River Rd. dog park and is at least the third reported theft in the last three weeks.
