Wabasha, and Winona Counties. In Wisconsin, Buffalo and
Trempealeau Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

Rochester business burglarized, safe stolen

ROCHESTER, Minn. - A Rochester business was burglarized and had a safe stolen over the weekend.

Police said it happened at Pho Chau on N. Broadway Ave. when a passerby reported seeing broken glass in the front window.

The burglary happened between Friday night at 9 and 6 a.m. on Saturday. No suspects have been found and police are looking for surveillance video from the area.
