Robertson County Restaurant Owner Killed In Crash
ORLINDA TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – In 2020 Darcy Fournier was pronounced dead twice following a crash that came within inches of taking his life. The near-death experience (that left him in a coma for six weeks) motivated him to pursue his dream of opening a Cafe. Earlier this year Fournier would do just that. Back in April, Fournier would open Southern Comfort Cafe on Hwy 52 in Orlinda. It was (in his words) “a journey.” Now it would seem that fate has stepped in again. Smokey Barn News has confirmed that on Saturday, November 18th Fournier was killed in a head-on crash in Kentucky.

Middle Tennessee, particularly areas southeast of Nashville, will be under a Wind Advisory until early Tuesday morning. Although the advisory does not include northwest and north central sections from Clarksville to Lafayette, these areas will still experience strong winds. Gusts over 30 mph are expected, with a few reaching around 40 mph. It is advised to secure any loose outdoor items, including holiday decorations. The period of strongest winds is forecasted to be from 9 PM tonight until 3 AM Tuesday.
Tragic Early Morning Crash in Robertson County Claims a Life
A somber morning in Robertson County, Tennessee, turned tragic when a 17-year-old driver lost control of a 2015 Hyundai Genesis, leading to a deadly accident. The Tennessee Highway Patrol reported that the crash occurred shortly before 2:30 a.m. on Nov. 12 when the vehicle veered off Durrett Street in Springfield to dodge a parked car. The maneuver resulted in the Hyundai striking two pedestrians and two parked vehicles before hitting two mailboxes and coming to a halt.
