On March 1, at about 12:15 p.m., Louisville first responders hurried to the site of a disaster on the Clark Memorial Bridge, which crosses over the Ohio River. First responder were summoned to the scene when a semi-truck crashed through the bridge’s guardrail barrier and was left dangling over the water with its frantic driver stuck inside.
