A new report shows homebuyers in Modesto and Stockton, are paying around 30% more for their new homes than what they're worth.The report, done by Florida Atlantic University's College of Business, lists Stockton as the second highest for homebuyers. They are paying around 27% more than the "expected value" of the home. Missing toddler dies in Stanislaus County hospital
(FOX40.COM) –A 2-year-old child found in a canal bank on Monday has died at a Stanislaus County hospital, according to the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff’s investigators said the child was found in a canal bank in the 4300 block of Swanson Road in Denair and was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, but later died.
