Panda Express cuts the ribbon in Salem
There are now three Panda Express fast-casual Chinese restaurants in the Roanoke Valley. The newest one cut the ribbon on West Main Street in Salem this morning. Panda Express also donated a thousand dollars to the Salem-based Feeding Southwest Virginia distribution center to mark the grand opening celebration.
