Newtown Real Estate Agent Dies From Injuries After Deer Crashes Through Windshield
Fairfield County resident Erin Heneghan, age 47, of Newtown, was seriously injured on Monday, Nov. 20, around 9 a.m. in Easton in the area of Sherwood Drive. Following the incident, a preliminary investigation determined that the pickup truck had been driving north on Route 59 when a large deer entered the road from the right and was struck by the vehicle, according to Easton Police Chief Richard Doyle.
