The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post was contacted just before 4:30 p.m. today Sunday, June 4, 2023, in reference to a single-vehicle collision on KY-52 near the Madison/Estill County line.

KSP tells WBON-TV9 that a 2019 Silver Yamaha motorcycle, operated by James Hernandez of Florida was traveling on KY-52 near Bybee Loop when he lost control of his motorcycle.
Hernandez was ejected from the motorcycle and later transported to Baptist Health Richmond, with non-life-threatening injuries.
Trooper Bobby Estes is conducting the ongoing investigation. He was assisted on scene by Kentucky State Police personnel.
