Firefighters from multiple agencies responded to a house fire in Rexford early Sunday morning.

The call came in right around 3:30 a.m. for a fire at 189 Sugar Hill Road. Mutual aid was requested.

A firefighter at the scene said the fire was put out within an hour or so.

The Red Cross is assisting three adults and three children.
