Idaho Falls Zoo staff arrived at the iconic Funland at the Zoo amusement park at Tautphaus Park Friday morning and found it had been broken into and vandalized. RIGBY – A dress on display at the Museum of Idaho’s new “Idaho Takes Flight” exhibit is a remnant of an unlikely love story that began during World War II. It’s a wedding dress made from a parachute. The gown belonged to Velma Byrne, a Massachusetts nurse who met and fell in love with Clancy Byrne of Rexburg while he was under her care.
