I don't want to see Lake Anne 's atmosphere change. When I read "revitalizatuon" I imagine tear downs of quaint buildings and construction of boring talk buildings. And who will benefit the most? You can bet the residents will see a huge bump in property taxes and the flavor of a lovely place be changed dramatically.
