Festival of Giants: Fun family event in Reedley this weekend

REEDLEY, Calif. — Looking for another fun family activity during this holiday weekend?

The West Coast Festival of Giants runs Thursday through Sunday at the Reedley Municipal Airport.

This 3rd annual “giant” event is put on by the ClovisRCeli Club, in which plane enthusiasts come together to show off their latest and most fabulous creations.

A few helicopters are scheduled to make an appearance Saturday.

There is a pilot fee of $100 for those wishing to partake, flights start at 9 a.m. and run through 9 p.m.

All are welcome to join, the event is free for those wanting to watch the RCs take to the skies.
