Redwood Falls man found guilty of not updating his predatory offender registration
A Redwood Falls man, Chad Alan Blood Milhausen, Jr., 29, has been found guilty of failure to register as a predatory offender. According to Redwood County Attorney Jenna Peterson, Milhausen was required to register as a predatory offender after being convicted in 2016 of criminal sexual conduct. However, last July 6, Redwood Falls Police Officers doing a compliance check at Milhousen’s residence found an unregistered pickup truck parked in the driveway. Offenders are required to register all vehicles they regularly use, but this pickup was not registered.

Redwood Falls man sentenced for felony domestic assault
A Redwood Falls man, Brandon Forrest Leith, has been sentenced in Redwood County Court for a felony-level assault that occurred in September. According to court documents, on Sept. 29, 2023, a Redwood County deputy was dispatched to a residence in Clements, on a report of a possible domestic assault. The victim stated that he and Leith had been arguing, and that Leith punched him repeatedly. The deputy noted blood on the victim. The deputy that spoke with Leith, who confirmed the interaction with the victim had become physical.

Former Walnut Grove man sentenced for not registering as a predatory offender
A former Walnut Grove predatory offender, Richard Aaron Lee, age 29, was sentenced in Redwood County court for changing his address but not updating law enforcement. According to court documents, on March 25 of last year, a Redwood County Sheriff’s Office deputy went to check on Lee at his last known address, in Walnut Grove. A witness at that address told the deputy that Lee had moved out several weeks earlier without informing law enforcement. Further investigation showed that Lee had moved to a relative’s residence in Oildale, California.
