A shooting in Red River has left 2 dead and 6 other injured. One person from Texas, who was visiting Red River, recounts what happened during the shooting. "There were people running by where we were standing, screaming 'they're shooting down there,'" said Eddie Cook. "I never heard shooting the first round but as they come by, everybody was running." Cook says he also heard gunshots and police then had everything closed and blocked off within minutes.
