U.S. News: Bridgewater-Raritan High School Ranks 108th in the State
BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Bridgewater-Raritan Regional High School has been ranked the 108th best high school in the state, according to the 2024 U.S. News and World Report rankings. To make the determinations, the rankings look at college readiness, college curriculum breadth (looking at participation and scores on advanced placement exams), state assessment proficiency, state-assessment performance, underserved student performance and graduation rate. The highest ranked schools in the national assessments are those where students achieved exceptional scores on state assessments in math, reading and science, and had strong underserved student performance among Black, Hispanic and low-income households, among other qualifications. The new ShopRite in South Plainfield which is expected to open next month is looking to fill hundreds of full- and part-time positions. The state-of-the-art supermarket, currently under construction in the Hadley Commons Plaza, 6781 Hadley Road, is looking to hire an additional 200 employees ahead of the store’s anticipated opening this spring. Applications are being accepted for positions including bookkeeper, cake decorator, manager, cashiers, clerks and other team members for departments across the store.
