RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) -The Rapid City Public Works Department and the Suzie Cappa Art Center, which is a part of Black Hills Works, have collaborated to add art to the Rapid City snowplow blades. Six art pieces were selected from the Suzie Cappa Art Center, out of which three will be displayed on weather-resistant polyvinyl on the side wings of each plow.
