Post Makes Headway in Plymouth Dirt Track Racing 360 Sprint Car Division
(PEDAL DOWN PROMOTIONS) June 9, 2023 – With deep family roots in the local racing scene, second-year Plymouth Dirt Track Racing 360 Sprint Car driver Randy Post of Oostburg is hard pressed to recall a time in his life when summer weekends weren’t spent at a race track.

Golf, softball, tennis State tourneys set
The WIAA will host the three separate State tournaments this week as boys golf, boys tennis, and girls softball all take center stage in different areas around Wisconsin. Starting in Kohler for the second consecutive year, the Meadow Valleys Course at Blackwolf Run will host the WIAA Boys State Golf Championships, which got underway this past Monday.

West Bend, WI – For over 15 years, Dave Bohn wrote down memories of his childhood growing up on the family farm just south of West Bend on Hwy P. His older brother Tom Bohn, figures into most of them. Dave and Tom did everything together as kids, from sharing a bed to cleaning out the henhouse to playing baseball. Tom passed away August 14, 2022. This story is in loving memory of Tom, who could really send ‘em sailing.
Legendary LeMahieu to be celebrated on June 24
A celebration of Lee LeMahieu’s career at Ozaukee High School will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 24, at the school. LeMahieu, 73, a longtime Ozaukee girls’ basketball coach who had a career record of 464-213 and won a state championship and nine Central Lakeshore Conference titles, died Feb. 26, 2023, after a two-year battle with mesothelioma.

Sunday, June 4, was a day of celebration for the 174 members of the Grafton High School Class of 2023 who received their diplomas during a graduation ceremony on the football field. Among them was Blaine Ator, who received her diploma and a handshake from School Board member Mark Koehler (above).
