321 Coffee expands brand and inclusivity in Raleigh

321 Coffee is expanding and will now have its specialty roasts in Whole Foods across the Triangle.


321 Coffee’s mission is to provide employment to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a place built on inclusivity.



The company currently employs over 50 adults with intellectual disabilities, “They are the ones roasting the coffee, taking the orders, and making the lattes. We are demonstrating the value of an inclusive business model.”
