Four people face a mix of felony and misdemeanor charges, arrested March 15 as part of an ongoing State Police drug investigation.
On that day, Troopers were observing the area of the Super 8 Motel in Queensbury, due to suspicious activity. Troopers observed multiple vehicles enter the location and exit the motel after a brief interaction with Craig A Webster, 38.
A traffic stop was conducted of the first vehicle on Corinth Road in Queensbury, after Troopers observed a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. The driver was identified as Daniel V. Cardoso, 38, of Queensbury. Cardoso was discovered to possess a controlled substance and, during the stop, tried to destroy the evidence, according to state police.

Larock, 48, of Hartford, NY, and Samantha L. Fournier, 41, of Queensbury, NY. Both were found to possess controlled substances.
The investigation determined Webster had sold the three suspects the controlled substances during the observed interactions. Webster was arrested at the motel, where additional felony weight narcotics and drug paraphernalia were discovered.
Webster was charged with Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a class “B” felony; Two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a class “B” felony; and Two counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.
