    I do wish they could find the person that did this. It's cruel, appalling and inhumane. They need to be locked up. Thank God for sending someone to the rescue.

    caught that person and wait. until winter and take the person somewhere where they don't know we're they are and leave them in frizzing cold weather and see how she or he likes be left not knowing how to protect it's self that human is scum
