Temperatures have been mild and seasonable in the mid and upper 60s for most and low 70s for a few. Tonight, the arrival of a solar wind has the potential to cause a Severe Geomagnetic Storm. That also means the potential for Aurora tonight and perhaps into Saturday night, too! The better night for viewing will be tonight with clear skies and the strongest geomagnetic activity. The best viewing time kicks in after 10PM with a peak around 1AM to 4AM.
