A man who drowned after falling into the river near Prospect has been identified.Police said a man fell off a boat early Sunday near the Captain's Quarters restaurant.Police, river and air units, as well as dive teams searched for the body. The body was found Tuesday night in the Ohio River.According to the coroner, the person was James Ballinger, 57. His cause of death was listed as accidental drowning.No further details were immediately available.
