Police in Prince William County are attempting to locate a man who was caught on camera exposing himself and making inappropriate gestures towards shoppers at the Woodbridge Target.
According to police, officers were called to the big-box store on Prince William Parkway on Thursday, March 16, when a 23-year-old customer spotted an unknown Asian man near her, exposing himself.
When confronted by the woman, investigators say that he began to follow her around the store until she approached an employee for assistance, at which point the suspect fled the store.
Further investigation into the incident led to the discovery of surveillance footage that found him making similar inappropriate gestures near a separate store patient before he ran into his 23-year-old victim.
Investigators noted that at no point during either incident did the man make contact with his victims.
The man was described only as being a 6-foot Asian who was last seen wearing a face mask, grey hooded sweatshirt, jeans, and white shoes. No other information was provided by police.
