PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – The Waterfront Blues Festival has announced the hour-by-hour lineup for “Portland’s biggest summer party.”
Each day offers 10 hours of music on four different stages. The Brassroots Movement kicks things off at 10 a.m. July 1, followed by other performances throughout the fest from blues legend Buddy Guy, to Los Lonely Boys and TJ Wong.
