PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — Lan Su Chinese Garden is celebrating Chinese culture in June with its first-ever “Nights of the Dragon Boat” Festival.
Running during the second half of June, the festival features local vendors, a community art event, a traditional dragon dance and the unveiling of a new six-foot-tall lantern from China.
