Portland Police find guns, drugs after pulling over driver for speeding

PORTLAND, Ore. —
Portland Police’s Traffic Division said it found two guns and a lot of drugs after pulling someone over for speeding.

In a Tweet, the traffic division said the people in the car were charged with multiple weapon and narcotics offenses.
The division was relaunched last month after Portland Police shuttered traffic police in February of 2021. The team consists of 10 officers on motorcycles, two in cars, as well as two sergeants.
