Damian Lillard named finalist for NBA’s 2022-23 Twyman-Stokes Teammate of the Year Award

Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard has been named a finalist for 2022-23 Twyman-Stokes Teammate of the Year Award.

The annual honor recognizes the player deemed the best teammate based on selfless play, on- and off-court leadership as a mentor and role model to other NBA players, and commitment and dedication to team.

Lillard received the award in 2021.

Lillard is one of 12 finalists for the award. The list includes Brooklyn forward Mikal Bridges, Golden State guard Stephen Curry, Cleveland guard Darius Garland, Miami forward Udonis Haslem, Milwaukee guard Jrue Holiday, New York guard Derrick Rose, Boston forward Grant Williams, Sacramento forward Harrison Barnes, Denver forward Aaron Gordon, Memphis forward Jaren Jackson Jr. and Phoenix guard Damion Lee.
