PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Frani Grover, one of four finalists in Nexstar’s Remarkable Woman contest, is dedicated to feeding and caring for many people in the community who are homeless.
Three years ago, Grover started the non-profit East Aid and Comfort and continues to be a shining light.
