They live in Mill Ends, the world’s tiniest park, which became an official city park on St. Patrick’s Day in 1976.
“It’s a special day for Mill Ends Park,” said Mark Ross, spokesperson for Portland Parks & Recreation. “Every St. Patrick’s Day is, because it’s home to our leprechaun colony. The only leprechaun colony west of Dublin.”
