'Be extra cautious': Port St. Lucie trapper addresses growing coyote population in Florida
PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. — A trapper in Port St. Lucie wants the community to be aware of the growing coyote population. Trapper Jay is the owner of Treasure Coast Wildlife Trappers. He said years ago, he would see or catch one coyote a month, but in the last 10 days, he has caught four.

Dogs like Flat-Coated Retriever and Conformation champion “Noaa” do it all and more, taking home titles while also making a difference in the lives of others. Owned by Peter Friedman, of Stuart, Florida, 2 1/2-year-old Noaa is a Silver Grand Champion show dog and works as a therapy dog for children with autism and child victims of abuse.
