NYPD: 12-year-old boy in custody in fatal shooting of 14-year-old cousin in Brownsville
Police now have a 12-year-old boy in custody in a shooting that killed a 14-year-old boy in Brownsville on Sunday morning. The victim has been identified as Jasai Guy, 14. He was found shot and killed in his own housing development. Police say the 12-year-old currently in custody is his cousin.

Warriors United in Arms will hold a flag retirement ceremony beginning around 9 a.m. Thursday at Veterans Park, 2500 Central Blvd., in Brownsville.
