A 40-year-old Port Huron man is facing multiple charges after authorities seized crystal methamphetamine, firearms and other items during a March 29 raid in Port Huron Township.

The St. Clair County Drug Task Force concluded a narcotics investigation that resulted in a search warrant being executed at about 7 p.m. in the 3200 block of Moak Street, according to the sheriff’s office. During a search of the residence, authorities located and seized more than $5,000 worth of crystal methamphetamine, along with digital scales, packaging materials, drug paraphernalia and U.S. currency.

Additionally, a revolver, an illegally modified shotgun and ammunition were found.

The Port Huron man is charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition and maintaining a drug house. He was lodged at the St. Clair County Jail.

The U.S. Border Patrol K9 Division assisted in the raid.
