VIDEO: Cleanup Volunteers Get Rare Glimpse of Endangered Turtles Hatching

An upper Bay environmental group has gone to great lengths to protect the northern map turtle’s habitat. So imagine their excitement when volunteers and Girl Scout members spotted baby map turtles hatching in the same Susquehanna riverbank where they were cleaning up trash!
