4.1 magnitude earthquake rattles Plumas County Friday morning

PRATTVILLE, Calif. - An early morning earthquake rattled Plumas County on Friday.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, it reported that a  4.1 magnitude quake struck four kilometers north/northeast of Prattville at 4:26 a.m. Friday.

People reported feeling the quake around Lake Almanor. Action News Now viewers reported they felt the shaking in Magalia, Forest Ranch and Mineral.

A 5.5 earthquake hit the same area on May 11, with dozens of aftershocks ever since.
