What to do in this heat with my 6month old baby?

Title pretty much says it all. In town with my 6 month old baby whilst my husband is at a conference. We’ve done downtown Houston, the outlets and a trip to tarrget but the heat makes it difficult to be outside for too long and I’ve run out of ideas for things to do. Any suggestions for things to do tomorrow?

Thinking of potentially a trip for some lunch if all else fails but any other suggestions very welcome!
