A high-speed police chase that started in Pittsburgh Tuesday night ended with the car involved being found in Ohio.

Ohio State Patrol has confirmed the car that police were chasing is the same car involved in a missing endangered person case out of Erie.

The pursuit started in East Liberty and continued onto the Parkway North to the Turnpike, then to the Ohio line.

There were several police cars involved in the pursuit that reached speeds of nearly 100 miles per hour.

State troopers in Ohio lost sight of the car, which was later found abandoned in Portage County, Ohio.

Ohio State Patrol confirmed with Channel 11 on Wednesday morning that the car is related to the case of a missing teen from Erie .

The missing 14-year-old was last seen in New Castle, Lawrence County on Tuesday night with John Wolfe, 20. They were in a Toyota that was found abandoned in Portage County, Ohio.

State Patrol says Wolfe and the girl were found walking nearby. Wolfe was arrested, they said.
